I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel. The location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of the town close to everything you could wish for, though I did hope for a little more from their offerings. The room was comfortable, but I would have appreciated a slightly larger bathroom and kitchen area. The service was outstanding, especially after a tiring journey through bad weather. The dining options were flavorful, but I wished there were more choices available. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
The hotel was warm enough during this winter night, spacious, and clean, but there is room for updating. The service was excellent overall, even though my expectations were slightly higher. The location is incredibly nice, right in the center of town. The dining was absolutely the best we've had, and very reasonable. The facilities met all our needs and were impressive.
Staying on the 2nd floor, facing Thames street, I enjoyed a spacious room with a living room, dining area, and a kitchenette. However, the noise from the air conditioning of the gift shop below was a bit disruptive, and one night the room felt cold.
